Mountain Mushroom Festival

The Mountain Mushroom Festival is a celebration of the Appalachian culture:  the morel mushroom, KY agate (state rock of Kentucky), arts and crafts, Daniel Boone National Forest, Kentucky River, and mountains.

Festival Schedule:

10:00 am Market opens

Noon Shiitake Cooking Demonstration — Shannon Dahler

3:00 pm Mushroom Log Inoculation Demonstration - Robin Reed

5:00 pm Market closes
