About Us:
Celebrating our 7th year, Grimes Mill Winery is a small and unique family run business where we make hand crafted wines from grapes grown and cultivated mostly on our family farm just outside of Lexington in Fayette County, Kentucky.
In our Vineyard, we grow: Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Mouvedro, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Pinotage, Petite Manseng, and Moscato. Our vines grow strong in the rich soil & thrive in the summer and fall weather of the Bluegrass Region.
Our grapes are not just hand selected! Our wines are hand fermented and bottled. Each bottle represents a piece of the Bluegrass and our unique Italian heritage.
